Restaurant Photography for Christopher’s Prime In Salt Lake City

As a food Photographer and Brand Photographer in Utah it really is a great day when I get to work with a restaurant bringing their food to life. I know that everyone and their dog has a phone and a social media account but it is so crucial for you as a business owner to have a high standard of content that accurately represents your product. There are so many times I’ve looked at a yelp or google listing of a restaurant and have seen the grossest looking food taken by patrons that have no idea how to take a photo of food. If it doesn’t look good there is no way people will eat it. We’re all basically toddlers choosing what to eat. Now you may be thinking, but everyone says how good my food is! You’re probably right! So why not have the most mouth watering photos available and post them everywhere?!? Make those stomachs growl with the most appetizing food someone has ever come across.

At Christopher’s Prime Brand and Food Photography session I came before they opened when the lighting was best. The restaurant was empty and the chefs were preparing for the dinner rush. I was able to photograph the establishment inside and out to give someone a visual story of where they decided to spend their evening.

I worked with the bartender to make amazing drinks and show a perspective diner what kind of experience they would be able to have.

I set up my “studio space” inside the restaurant at the best lit spot in the restaurant. Then the dishes started coming out. Everything from the appetizers through dessert. It was a great start to give any diner a first hand experience at what a night at Christopher’s Prime would look like if they chose to dine there.
